Weddings at Welch Village, Minnesota is a beautiful setting for any couple's special day. The Cannon River Valley is evidence that mother nature was not even-handed when creating landscapes. Gorgeous sunsets, blazing fall foliage, and rolling hills make a spectacular background for any ceremony or reception.

Chalet – Fee - $400
(Main Chalet, Outside Patio and Parking Area)

Snowflake Room 24’ x 60’ 1,400 Sq. Ft.
Chalet Room 36’ x 60’ 2,160 Sq. Ft.
Black diamond Room 24’ x 30’ 720 Sq. Ft.
Lower Floor 30’ x 50’ 1,500 Sq. Ft.
Outside Patio Tables and Open Lawn

Total amount of rental charge payable to confirm date.
These moneys are refundable only if cancelled 180 days before the date of the function.

Hours

Dance music may play until Midnight. Please let us know the name, address and phone number of the Band of DJ.

Refreshments will be sold until 12:30a.m.

Building vacated by 1:00a.m.

Security

An officer from Premier Security Service of Rochester is required for security purposes during a Wedding Dance. The fee is $125. Welch Village will contact he Security Service as to the time and date.

Chairs & setup (rented off site) $2 per chair

Inside room setup for wedding -$250
