Matt & Tami - Wanamingo, MN

Matt and Tami Thorson were married July 18th, 2009 in Wanamingo Minnesota. With a large reception tent in the front yard and a beautiful day for the ceremony under the sunny sky just outside the tent, Matt and Tami celebrated their wedding day at Matt’s parents home along with their 250 guests. Rental of a tent, tables, chairs, linens and some décor along with delivery and set-up services were from Affordable Elegance Rental in Hastings, MN. Matt stopped in the showroom of Affordable Elegance over a year prior to the wedding to learn about the rentals and services offered. It wasn’t long after he and Tami were back to start the detailed process of a tent wedding. After a few details of what the bride and groom’s vision of their wedding day looked like, Brooke at Affordable Elegance was able to assist them in choosing the rental items they needed as well as the layout and design of the ceremony and reception from the ground up. Viewing in person samples of table shapes and sizes, linens and color samples, centerpieces and décor in the showroom was key in the wedding planning process and decision making. Brooke said Tami was a pleasure to work with because she new the look she wanted was a beautiful traditional romantic style wedding and was open to suggestions on how to achieve it with tent draping and ambiance lighting along with coordination of linens and decor. Matt and Tami’s trust in Affordable Elegance with wedding day delivery and set-up services made their day as stress free as possible giving them more time to spend time and enjoy the day with friends and family and focus on what the day is really all about.
