ELIGIBILITY:
Participation in the Engagement Story Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Engagement Story Contest Official Rules. The Contest, owned and operated by Go2Wed.com, LLC is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors of Company, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to win prizes in the Contest.
GENERAL RULES OF CONTEST:
To enter the Contest, you must submit your story and contact information online. This contest entry period will begin September 26th, 2011 at 8am and ends October 9th, 2011at 12pm. The winner of this Contest will be the entrant that submits the story that receives the most confirmed votes from the voting public during the applicable Contest period. Voters must confirm their vote by entering their email address but may vote no more than once each day for any one story.
HOW TO ENTER:
Online: Go online to http://www.go2wed.com/engagement/engagement-contest-sign-up.php ("Contest Website") and complete the applicable registration form. Provide all requested information in the required fields contained at in the entry form, submit the entry form, and upload at least one (1) current photograph of the couple. Any improperly submitted registrations will be VOID. Online entries will be accepted throughout October 9th, 2011 at 11:59pm. Voting starts October 10th at 8am. All votes must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 21st at 5pm in order to be eligible to win the Contest.
SELECTION OF FINALISTS AND WINNER:
Each story submitted must be approved for posting on the Contest website by the company administrator.
The story that receives the most public on-line votes in the given time period prior to 5pm October 21st, 2011 will be deemed the winning story. For purposes of the Contest, a "vote" means a vote cast on the Contest Website, by a "unique voter." A "unique voter" is an individual person with unique registration information (i.e., email address) that is not duplicative of another voter's information. A unique voter may vote no more than once each day for a unique story. In addition to the Disqualification provisions set forth below, if Go2Wed.com, LLC determines, in its sole discretion, that an abuse of the "unique voter" rule has occurred, Go2Wed.com, LLC may disqualify votes cast by such voters or entrants.
If there is an exact tie in the number of votes cast for two (2) or more stories, the decision will be made by the Go2Wed.com, LLC administrators.
The winner, will be notified by phone, email and/or postal mail. Each winner will be selected based upon the results of online voting, and will be subject to approval by Go2Wed.com, LLC pending confirmation of each such winner's compliance with these Official Rules. Go2Wed.com’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this Contest. Final selection and notification will be made by Monday October 24th, 2011 at 12pm.
